A small cot and high chair are available on request, please let us know if you require these for your stay upon making your booking. Please be aware there are not full kitchen facilities. There is only a microwave, kettle and twin hot plate available during your stay.Guest should be aware there is a dog that belongs to the main house and roams about the section freely and can be very eager to meet new guests.As the property has unfenced access to the pond, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note that there is building currently taking place at an adjacent property so there may be noise disturbance during working hours.An outdoor bath has been newly added on the back deck.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
